| "Breeding to International Standards of Excellence" Oakwood dogs are bred from some of the finest dogs in North America, Europe and Scandinavia. Our focus is on producing dogs of excellent temperament. All breeding stock earn a minimum of Canine Good Citizen certificate and when available they are also evaluated by the American Temperament Test Society. This is a healthy breed! At Oakwood we exray hips, DNA test for vWD, do routine eye exams and cario screenings to ensure the dogs we produce are free from genetic disease. We exhibit our dogs in AKC, Canada and International show and have group placing/winning dogs in all three systems! We welcome questions. Our home is always open for visitors and we'll even invite you to sit down as long as the dogs can sit on your lap. |
